The Q-8100-A-L Is the QRT Deluxe self tensioning, automatic locking, wheelchair tie down system. The QRT Deluxe allows the operator discretion in additional tensioning with dual knobs. The Q-8100-A-L includes a Regular Lap and Shoulder Belt. The QRT Deluxe Retractors provided in this Kit are mounted for L-Track Anchorages. This Kit will not include the L-Track Floor Anchorage.
